The government should impose regulations on the production of environmentally hazardous elements and the sequential importation of such products. However, the developed countries which are the main contributors to global warming resulting from GHG emissions into the atmosphere should be pressurized by the international community to refrain from environmentally unfriendly means of production (Halmann & Steinberg 1999).
